Temporarily disconnect them while connecting your phone to the CruiseCam to set up or view/download videos from the dashcam. The dashcam records when the car’s ignition is on even if your phone is not connected to the dashcam.
Generally, on Android phones, the phone automatically switches to mobile data if the Wi-Fi does not have internet, or it will prompt you to switch. On older phones, you might face this issue. Disconnect your Wi-Fi so that mobile data starts working. Please note that the CruiseCam records when the car’s ignition is on even if your phone is not connected to the dashcam.

The device uses a FIFO (First In, First Out) system. This means the oldest recordings will be automatically deleted to make space for new recordings.
No. Critical recordings, also called emergency recordings, created when a jolt is detected, do not get overwritten. These recordings are always saved on your device, and only other recordings are impacted.
There’s an option to format the SD card in the app. Please format your SD card using this option.
You can download the clip when you are in the car and connected to the device. Once downloaded, the clip will be stored in your local storage and you can access it anytime from the app
